Has February Gotten Here Already?

This is a quick card that I did which I really liked the end result.  Of course I am a sucker for black, red and white!

Recipe:  Card Stock:  Basic Black, Real Red and Whisper White.  Ink:  Real Red.  Stamp Set:  Vintage Vogue (Pg. 26, Occasion Mini).  Punches:  Extra Large Two-Step Bird (Pg. 11, Occasion Mini), Eyelet Border Punch (Pgs. 186-187, Idea Book & Catalog).  Accessories:  Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder (Pg. 35, Occasions Mini), Stampin' Dimensionals and Snail Adhesive.
